Greetings unto the fine People of Ealdormere

We are very much looking forward to our time on the Trillium thrones and spending time with friends new and old. We have such a rich and diverse Kingdom, and we have such a great opportunity to learn from one another. To achieve this we are asking for a small bit of time and space at each event.

It is our hope that a space can be provided to demonstrate and display the arts and science projects being worked on and explored by our many talented people. We are hoping to have additional space for those who have yet to be recognized for their talents, to put their efforts on display and help showcase their work.

We are also hoping to host a tournament for those authorized in heavy fighting, or fencing, for less than two years at each event prior to the scheduled marshal activities. At events that offer archery and thrown weapons we would ask that a short tournament for those who are new to the activity be held before scheduled events. In addition to the tournament for those new to archery, we would like to offer another archery tournament to those using period equipment.

Our Kingdom continues to run on the dedication and service of all those who volunteer their time. We would like to thank all of the people who continuously help and would like to encourage those who are new to lend a hand. It is our hope that a new local member could serve as our entourage for some time at their local event during our progress.

We would like to inform the people that her majesty is very sensitive to the new world plant known as tobacco. The smoking of this plant in her presence will be considered an attempt on her life ,and therefore treason, and will be dealt with accordingly. However, we would like to encourage the use of the new world plant known as cocoa.

His Majesty would wish that space be provided for dancing and merriment to take place between removes and after the feast. Some simple dances for all to participate and join into would be highly enjoyed.

We hope that these many activities will lead to new friendships and years of enjoyment in our Kingdom.
