Menu for Noon time

Side stuff:

1 chunk o'cheese
1 boiled egg
2 baby carrots
2 sugar peas

Main dish:

1 large stuffed pastry with either:
     pork roast or ground meat with barley and caramalized onions (and apples or squash)
or
     mushrooms with barley and caramalized onions (and apples or squash)

1 dinner bun hollowed out and stuffed with lentil porridge

Red Course:

Nibbles (Olives, Pickles, etc.)
Red & Green Salad
Romania (Chicken in Pomegranate Stew)
Pork Roast (with Pink Garlic Sauce & Cameline [Red Wine] Sauce)
Barley
Fish in Aspic
Caldesconi & Cherry Pudding

Green Course:

Bread and Butter
Seasonal Green Vegetable
Spinach & Cheese Pie
Roast Beef (with Green Sauce & Sharp Pepper Sauce)
Pork Dumplings in Broth

Kid"s Feast

A Kids' feast is available by pre-registration only. There will be no Kids' Feasts available at the gate.

Menu: Chicken Leg, Rice and cooked carrots.
