The Trophy Ladle is once again up for grabs.
This year, the competition will be hosted by our very own Baron Nikolai Domingo de Vallejo, the
Black Baron of Ben Dunfirth!
With the cold winter gales starting to blow, warm yourself with our wide variety of exquisite and gourmet
chilis. Have your own secret recipe? Think your chili is special? Prove it to us! Bring a crock
pot full of it for the competition. The Baron would just as likely steal your crock pot full of chili and
boot you out the door, but that's less likely with the more people that show. Everyone who shows up gets
to be a judge (even if you didn't bring a chili) and taste these delectable concoctions. Be sure to bring
something to drink to quelch the flames because the Baron is too miserly to provide drinks for you.
As always, this promises to be a nice social gathering during the lull between Christmas and New Years.

The Chili Cookoff will be held on the evening of Tuesday, December 29th, beginning at 7:00 pm, at
the Baron's Castle.
Directions:
- In Hamilton, make your way to the corner of Mohawk Road West and Rice Avenue.
- Travel north along Rice Avenue.
- Turn left onto Chedmac Drive.
- Turn left once again onto Southridge Drive.
- Southridge turns to the right, but the extension continuing straight ahead into the court is
Southside Place.
- There are two entrances to the townhouse complex, both marked on brick pillars as "7
Southside Place".
- Use the second entance and there is a small parking lot on the left.
- The townhouse closest to the court and directly across from the parking lot is unit #1.
